Office Moving International can offer to its clients, new and existing, a complete porterage service to assist companies with their day to day operations.

Our porters are of a friendly and courteous nature, and are fully briefed during a staff meeting each week as to their duties and expectations. Office Moving International only supplies experienced porters, with full knowledge of removal procedures, packing, unpacking, sequence filing and moving of lT and other delicate equipment.

We supply a "hands on" management approach, where the project manager involved in each particular project would visit the site to establish the exact requirements and man-power needs. Our project management team would then visit each site on an ongoing basis to liaise directly with clients and our own personnel to ensure that procedures are carried out to the exact specification.

All contracts have an on-site supervisor who will be in overall command of the day to day operations and who will liaise directly with on-site staff and our office based contract co-ordinator who will be able to inform immediately availability of vehicles, crate hire and other requirements.

Staff arrive on site fully equipped and with the necessary tackle to assist them with their removal procedures: skates, sackbarrows etc. Other specialist equipment can be pre-arranged and brought to site either the same day or the following.

Our staff are uniformed and easily identified by our company logo and name badges are issued for the longer term porterage contracts.
